Blue Lagoon Mocktail

A bright, citrusy crowd-pleaser built on blue curaçao — three minutes, zero alcohol, all colour. A bar-counter staple that photographs beautifully.

Ingredients

• 30 ml Blue Curaçao Syrup
• 15 ml Passion Fruit Syrup
• 20 ml Fresh lime juice
• to top Chilled soda water
• 1 cup Ice cubes

Method

1. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
2. Pour in the blue curaçao and passion fruit syrups, then the lime juice.
3. Top with chilled soda water and stir gently to combine.
4. Garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of mint; serve immediately.
