Kala Khatta Chuski Soda
Nostalgic, tangy and deep-purple — the monsoon-fair favourite, served tall over ice with a pinch of black salt.
Ingredients
- 40 ml Kala Khatta Syrup
- to top Chilled soda water
- a pinch Black salt
- 1 cup Ice cubes
Method
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
- Pour over the kala khatta syrup and add a pinch of black salt.
- Top with chilled soda water and stir.
- Serve with a straw and a wedge of lime.
