Monin Strawberry Mojito

One sip and you're on a beach — a bright, fizzy strawberry mojito built on Monin syrups. No alcohol, all vibes, and endlessly repeatable across a busy café counter.

Ingredients

• 30 ml Strawberry Syrup
• 15 ml Mojito Mint Syrup
• 1/2 lime Fresh lime wedges
• 8–10 Mint leaves
• to fill Crushed ice
• to top Chilled soda water

Method

1. Muddle the lime wedges and mint leaves gently in a tall glass.
2. Add the strawberry and mojito mint syrups, then fill the glass with crushed ice.
3. Top with chilled soda water and churn with a bar spoon.
4. Garnish with a strawberry, a lime wheel and a mint sprig; serve immediately.
